Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing and distributing materials for board, management, and committee meetings.
  • Editing and archiving meeting minutes, decision proposals, and decision records.
  • Ensuring formal approval processes are followed.
  • Updating and maintaining the shareholder register, articles of association, and other corporate documents for both Danish and UK entities.
  • Contributing to updates of policies, guidelines, annual wheel, and internal controls.
  • Assisting in identifying potential compliance risks (legal, financial, operational).
  • Supporting the structuring and maintenance of the company’s document flow and archive, including ensuring correct access rights.
  • Assisting the organisation with maintaining proper documentation for compliance and governance
  • Contributing to standardising templates, e.g., for process descriptions and similar.
  • Assisting with reviewing simple agreements and contracts including HR related matters.
  • Coordinating legal inquiries and dialogue with external lawyers.
  • Providing ongoing support and sparring to management on administrative and ad hoc tasks.
  • Booking meetings and practical coordination for the executive team.

Who Are You?

We imagine that you:

  • Have a financial, administrative, or legal education (e.g., financial economist, finance or law bachelor, legal secretary, office administration with specialisation).
  • Work independently, in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and are strong in written documentation.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have an interest in compliance, corporate governance, and law – experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • It is also an advantage if you have experience with international governance – preferably including knowledge of UK governance – but this is not a requirement.
  • Thrive in supporting management and can handle confidential information professionally.
  • Are proactive, responsible, and good at creating an overview and coordinating across teams.
  • Are used to working in digital systems and have a flair for document management.
  • Proficient in SharePoint and able to independently update and maintain documents
  • It is important that you are positive and enjoy collaboration. We are a small organisation where we work together as a team.
