Then here is your opportunity to join our Project Delivery team and play a key role in driving the success of Wind Estate’s green energy projects.
As a Project Manager, you will be part of our Project Delivery Team and responsible for your own projects. You will oversee the planning and execution of renewable energy projects from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in project management, ideally in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector. You possess a combination of strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Additionally, you bring:
- A degree in Marine or Technical Engineering, or a related field, preferably complemented by a certification within Project Management.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure.
- Experience within the wind business and photovoltaic will be an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep technical understanding of subjects related to civil works, electrical and infrastructure, SCADA, and grid compliance.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Execute RFQ and tender processes, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including engineering specialists, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor project performance and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
