About you

You hold an MSc in business, finance, management accounting, auditing, or a related field, and you thrive in the role of being a key link between Finance and the rest of the business. Ideally, you have relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner, Cost Controller, or a similar position, along with knowledge of areas such as reporting and project management.

To succeed in this role, you need a sharp analytical mind and proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint. You are driven by analyzing numbers and transforming data into actionable, value-driven business insights. We are looking for someone who is curious, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to help shape the future of our processes and platforms. You excel at creating structure, maintaining focus on goals, and adapting seamlessly to changing business needs. With your outgoing and inquisitive nature, you enjoy building strong collaborations across departments and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and cooperation.

What We Offer

You will be part of an organisation with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude. We are curious, and progress is at the forefront. We dare to think big and new, and the willingness to “dare to fail” is a natural part of the process. You will be empowered to fulfil your tasks with no micro-management and your personal and professional development is important to us.

The position is based in Randers, Denmark, with flexibility to work from home subject to the nature of the work and assignments.
